Employee Well-being Program
Jennie Edmundson Hospital has received a grant in collaboration with CHI Mercy to prioritize the well-being of its employees. As part of this initiative, we have partnered with Ilona Holland from Life Dimensions and Janaye Decker from Rooted Minds, who bring extensive expertise and understanding of holistic wellness in a hospital environment. They aim to provide a diverse range of holistic wellness services that will enable staff to live their best lives, both in and outside of work. These complimentary offerings include massages, coaching, retreats, and many other options.
Massage and Reiki Appointments
Ilona Holland from Life Dimensions provides complimentary massage and reiki appointments in our Relaxation Station Room for All Methodist Jennie Edmundson Employees + Methodist employees at clinics and care sites.
*The Relaxation Station Room is located on the 3rd floor of 'F' Building in the Volunteer Services annex of MJEH.
Health Coaching Appointments
Janaye Decker from Rooted Minds provides complimentary health coaching appointments in our Relaxation Station Room for All Methodist Jennie Edmundson Employees + Methodist employees at clinics and care sites.

The Relaxation Station is our new and improved wellness room. It is designed to provide a quiet place for employees to recharge, de-stress, heal, and emphasize the importance of taking a break and taking care of themselves during the workday.
