The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, which works with hospital employees, Methodist Jennie Edmundson Volunteer Services, and other area residents to determine how the Foundation can help most effectively.

Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital provides, on average, nearly 10 million dollars of care for the uninsured and underinsured each year. It also offers outreach programs throughout Southwest Iowa to ensure quality healthcare is available to everyone who needs it.
