As a valued team member at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital and Methodist Physicians Clinic, you make a meaningful difference in the lives of others every single day. Your compassion and commitment are the very heart of our Jennie Cares motto, and they shine through in all that you do.
Joining the Employee Caring Campaign is a powerful way to take that spirit of caring even further. It’s a chance to show that you believe deeply in our mission—so much so that you're willing to support it beyond your daily work.
Caring for others is truly a team effort. It takes many hands and hearts to make a difference for even one patient. And each life we touch has a ripple effect—reaching families, friends, and communities beyond our walls.
We are grateful for your dedication and hope you’ll take the next step by joining us in the Employee Giving Campaign. Together, we can continue to extend our care far and wide.
The Jennie Edmundson Foundation, together with our dedicated Employee Ambassadors, extends heartfelt thanks to each of you for your incredible support and generosity toward the Employee Caring Campaign.
Each year, the funds raised make a meaningful impact—supporting not only our patients and their families but also our fellow team members throughout the health system. None of this would be possible without you.
As we launch this year’s campaign, we’re aiming high—with a goal of 100% employee participation. And it all begins with the compassion and commitment of our amazing "Team Jennie" staff. Let’s make this our best year yet!
Your gift provides free, safe and reliable transportation for Jennie Edmundson and MPC - Iowa patients through these essential services:
For more than 40 years, the Medi-Van has provided thousands of dependable rides for patients traveling to recurring appointments, including physical therapy and oncology treatment, and for those who need a safe ride home after a hospital visit. It remains an essential part of helping patients receive the care they need close to home.
This new partnership with SWITA helps connect patients with important follow-up care, including primary care, cardiology, cardiac rehabilitation and other ongoing medical services. SWI-RIDE can also assist with other essential transportation needs that support a patient’s health and stability.
When other transportation options aren’t available, Lyft and cab rides provide a critical safety net—helping patients get home safely, make important appointments and avoid delaying care simply because they don’t have a reliable ride.
Emergency assistance for employees facing financial hardship.
